Why is discussion about cheats against the rules? I read it but, there's no explanation as to why and I really don't understand why. Why anti-cheat and not neutral like pokebeach and many other simular sites?

Because Serebii is precious about Nintendo being all angry at him.But really cheating discussion has always been somewhat banned from such forums. Pokebeach is pokebeach, they do their own thing. Why should serebii fellow that site?

It just a non-cheater forum. That's how Serebii wanted it. Some people just don't like cheating. If you have a problem with that, go somewere else.
