Question about that little rectangle under your avatar and title

How do you change it? If a user themselves doen't change it, how does it change/ who changes it?

It changes with the amount of posts you make.

EDIT: Here, scroll down the page until you see the section with the "little rectangles" and read there.

The only way you can change it is by posting. For example, after you make 20 posts in the forums that count, it will change. Make any sense?

Not every forum makes your post count go up, keep that in mind and don't wonder when it doesn't change.
