    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

Question about the IV Guy at the Battle Frontier

I've observed that he has at least 4 distinct sayings:

"about average"
"batter than average"
"quite impressive!"
"wonderfully outstanding!"

Just wondering if anyone knew what these mean exactly with regards to your poke's IVs. I've deduced that they're based on a poke's average IV value, but I don't know what those values are. Also, has anyone ever seen him say anything else?
