Question about the move "aromatherapy"

Hello fellow poke fans can you please answer this question. Does aromatherapy cure sleep, like when you use rest, would you be able to use aromatherapy???

No. You can only use Aromatherapy when you're not asleep or frozen. It removes all status aliments from every pokemon in your party.

the only difference is that pokemon with Soundproof aren't able to benefit from Heal Bell since they can't "hear" the move, while they can "smell" Aromatherapy's effect.

Though the only pokemon with Soundproof are Exploud, Mr.Mime and Electrode.

Yes, and therefore, if you have a choice between the two moves, always choose Aromatherapy. And you can only use it when you could use any other move.
