Say my friend and I use the gamecube to fight in 3D. Now he has used gameshark and I haven't. If there was nothing wrong, then there wouldn't happen to me, but if his game has a glitch, would anything bad happen to my game. We use cables to hook up to the gamecube. We would fight with Colosseum.

Even though the chances are very VERY *8564 verys later* slim it can happen. If he's using hacked Pokemon he will have a hard time getting them in =P

Using a sharked pokemon wont affect affect you, but i doubt he would get them in the collusium.

Cheated pokemon dont have the data code, techinically all you have is a Missingno with your pokemon sprite, and attacks.
