Where the heck do you catch All the starter Fire Pokemon, and Grass Pokemon? (I have Charmander (Partner) and All the Water ones but the other Fire and Grass ones!) Frustrating! And Is it easy to recruit them?

A simple answer to your question if you possess: A nintendo ds, PMD Blue, and PMD Red.
1) In Blue, get through enough off the game to unlock the "team" dungeons in the Makuhita dojo.
2) In Red, take the test over and over until you get one of the Pokemon you don't have and pick another one as your partner and save.
3) Use the nintendo ds'es dual slot function to load your PMD red team to your blue version game. The team will be added to the Dojo under the name "Rescue team Maze".
4) Get the highest level pokemon you have and a friend bow and keep retrying the dungeon until you befriend the two pokemon from the last floor.
5) Repeat steps 2 through 4 as necesary
Follow that guide and you will get all of the starters eventually. This does work as it is the way I got Eevee.
