If I trade my Deoxys onto my other games, will it change form (its on my LG right now, and I'm curious.)?

And before anyone asks, its legit.

yes it will chance form and thus base stats, so if you trade your defence deoxys to firered it will become an attack deoxys, and it's attack will thus raise and the defence drop

I think that it still keeps its EVs, though. It will change form, depending on which game you're trading to.

Yes, it keeps its EVs, IVs, moves, nature, etc. Only it's appearence (form) and base stats change.
