Questions about linkin up...

I have a couple questions about linking my Colosseum and XD to my GBA games:

1: Is it possible for me to link my Colosseum up to my Emerald game? (Because Emerald is newer)

2: In XD, where do I go to link up to my GBA?

Do I have to beat the game first like in Colosseum or can I access it once I reach Phenac? (I'm not very far yet lol)

yea u do its just to prevent people from sending over a lvl 100 from the gba and beatingt the game in 1 and a half hours

Just make sure you have the National Dex in Emerald before you attempt to link up to Colosseum, because it won't work otherwise.

1. If you meant Pokemon XD, then you're right on that statement.

2. Emerald is compatible w/ all of Colosseum's features out of the box, including the pokemon trading feature, so you're wrong if you meant that game...

Ack, I meant if you were trying to trade Johto/Kanto Pokemon that aren't listed in the Hoenn Dex.

Well I traded my Ho-oh to my Emerald game (from Colosseum) which doesn't have the National Dex yet, and it's sitting in my box safe and sound...

Yes, you can trade it to Emerald, but like all of the other Shadow Pokémon, it will have to be purified first.

Also, just some helpful advice for you, if you have questions to ask, instead of asking them in somebody's elses topic, post a new topic of your own, as long as your question isn't answered in one of the sticky threads or by looking around and using the search function on the forums.
