Ok i have two questions

1) When was serebii.net created?

2) When was serebii forums created?

i think the site was created in 2004 or somthing along with the forums but im not completly sure....

Actually, since Serebii.net's oldest Archived News is from 2000, I'd say that's the year when it was created. As for the forums, I believe that that is what was created in 2004.

i am 99% sure that the forums were created in 2004 b/c serebii joined then(when he created it)

No. It was created before then, but the server had a total meltdown and everything had to be restarted. The forums have been around since '02, I think.
