What is Wi-Fi?- Wifi allows you to play with/against other people who are anywhere in the world on WiFi compatable games. Look on the box of the game to see if it is compatable.

How does it work?

What is a wireless router?- It is a device that you hook up to your computer. You need high speed internet acess to use it. You can also use WiFi hotspots to get acess to WiFi (I do not advise this. Its way better to have acess from your home)

Does Wi-Fi involve computers?-*inhales* yes

Where do you get Wi-Fi?- I believe I got mine at Circuit City

WiFi is a must have for DS owners. It greatly enhances the replay value of certain games. Metroid Prime, Animal Crossing Wild World, Tetris DS, Tony Hawk's American Sk8land, an Mario Kart are all WiFI enabled. Hope this helps.

1.) WiFi stands for Wireless Fidelity (SP? :/). It is a short but effective way of transmitting signals without the use of a wire. To make it simple, think of it as a cordless phone. WiFi is used to transfer internet capabilities to people wirelessly but at lower speeds.

2.) See 1.) and use brain, it isn't that hard to understand. XD

3.) It is a, erm, center station (Lamest terms) that transfers the wired internet to wireless devices.

4.) Yes, WiFi is used to give Laptops, PDAs, Game systems, ect internet while keeping the computer mobile, kind of like a cell phone.

5.) WiFi is obtained from a Wireless router. Some places, Starbucks, McDonalds, ect, have routers in them that give off WiFi.

6.) Yes, it has built in WiFi, as does the PSP. ^^

Anymore questions and I'll happily answer them. WiFi is the future of internet as we know it.

How much does Wi-Fi cost? (reffering to person who got theirs from Circuit City)

1. Those spots are hotspots that allow you hook up to Nintendo WFC.

4. A connector you plug in to a port that you can buy at Best Buy. It allows you to connect to Nintendo WFC.
