Use your signature. You can edit your signature by going to your user control panel and clicking "edit signature" on the left.

A user control panel is what is in control of your profile, avatars etc, bacically what you can edit of what people can see on here.

To be a higher level Trainer, every 20 posts you make will raise your rank each time. Beginning Trainer >>20>> Boulder Trainer etc. (think it's 20 posts)

The user panel is where you can change your avatar, edit your signature and other things. Go there and you'll see.
Sharp, the ranks doesn't go up every 20 posts. The span between ranks becomes bigger, once you get a higher rank.

Also to get to the control panel, there's a little thing right at the top left side right under where the topic title generally is that says User CP. Click that.
