does cyndaquil has to be at MAX happiness in order to learn blast burn?does it has to be yours?or can it learn the move even if it is from another trainer?

Blast Burn can only be had from the XD Cyndaquil.

But where did you get the idea that HAPPINESS would be involved? D;

Complete Mount Battle in XD and you will recieve a Totodile, Cyndaquil, or Chikorita, each with some special moves, including Hydro Canon, Blast Burn, and Frenzy Plant.
