Quetion about The rematch with Wineoa

I have recently been rematching gym leaders, and i am seeing level and evolutions in there pokes each rematch, and i was wondering if Winea ever evolves her dragonaire. I just am curious to see how dragonite looks with its full animation in emerald. Thanks.
