Quick question about my Latias

I think I should give my Latias Calm Mind. Which of it's moves should I replace?

This is it's moveset:

Psychic
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Recover

Also, how do I teach it Calm Mind? It's in the POTW moveset but I can't see Calm Mind in the Pokedex.

Calm Mind is a TM not a level-up move. Is this an in-game moveset? If it isn't you could replace Psychic because in ubers it's not good. My moveset is this: Dragon Claw, Thunderbolt, Calm Mind, Recover.

Replace recover, calm mind is better for you to up your sp.attack and sp.defence then sweep.

Replace recover with the TM Calm Mind its well worth it.

Dragon Claw, Psychic, Thunderbolt, and Calm Mind make up one of the best movesets, for simple sweeping. However, other Latios and Latias can cause a problem.

Mist Ball, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and Calm Mind make up another, Ice Beam is for people who want to take advantage of other dragon types who have a 4x weakness to ice. Mist Ball's effect is taken into advantage, if it lowers a pokemon's Sp. Atk (ex. kyogre) then it will be powerless against thunderbolt or Ice Beam. Beware of Magneton, other Latios and Latias.

The main flaw for a moveset with Calm Mind is that Whirlwinders, Roarers, and Hazers can be annoying.

Just make it hold a Soul Dew instead. I almost never waste turns raising my Pokemon's stats; it gives my opponents an extra hit on my Pokemon.

yeah, but you can only get a soul dew if you get the eon ticket or cheat, which would very likely mess up your game, and 7/8 (or something) of the world can't go to those. (Good thing I can!)

Actually, 84/50 of all fractions are either useless or make no sense whatsoever as statistics. I'm just glad I have Soul Dew.

i think in competitive play, CM/Recover/Thunderbolt/Dragon Claw is the standard set, because it gives the pokemon at least neutral-effective hits on everything except steelix and magneton. also, dragon claw is good against other dragons and thunderbolt is SE against the main users of Ice attacks (water-types)

Modest/Timid Nature (Modest iirc is the standard, but timid is cool for beating out other latis)
Evs: 252 SAttk/252 Speed/6 Hp (once agian iirc this is the standard for modest latis, timids use 320 speed and rest in HP/SDef)

-Ice Beam
-Thunder/Thunderbolt (Thunder is better competitvely)

This is one of the best sets, accomplishes more than the dragon claw/thunder or beam variation does imo.

True, but how useless will a Kyogre's Ice Beam be after six Calm Minds on a Latias be? Answer: Very. It makes up for Major sweeping. Kyogre cries after two calm minds.

The soul dew is useful, but not for the frontier, it doesn't work there.

Oh, right. Darn. But Latias should have higher speed, and can be the first to attack after using calm mind a few times, depending on the level of the Kyogre.

But who would let a Ky00ber CM War with a Soul Dew Latias anyway? Latias wins with Thunder[bolt] and Kyogre's Ice Beam does <50%
