Are there more than 1 of each of the Legendary Birds? This has confused me because Noland befreinded one.
CyberCubed said:Yes. We've seen three Moltres, three Articuno, two Zapdos, and three Lugia in the series.
We've only seen one Ho-oh though, so that may be the only one.
I don't recall anything like that being stated in the animé. Unless you mean the movie trailer saying it was the "origin of all pokémon" or whatever, which does not necessarily mean that it created them.Lil Brother said:Heh, Mew is the creator of Pokemon. According to the anime.

Houou was always presented as more important and God-like than Mew, especially considering that there is only one, whereas the eighth movie demonstrates that Mew is apparently not as unique as was once thought. And there's the fact that there was never a movie made about it, which makes it seem all the more mysterious.
There were two Deoxys in movie seven, so there are definately a number of those. Just wanted to point that out.IrkenAdolescent said:The ones I have a great feeling there is only one of are:
Mewtwo (Obviously. I Don't even need to think about him.)
Ho-oh
Deoxys
Rayquaza
Kyogre
Groudon

I think there are more than one. I really doubt the Mew from the first movie is the same one as the tree guardian.Mew: Only 1, but there used to be many
