Trickzam is pretty cool, but tbh it's cool to use the CB before tricking, so I suggest you put a physical attack on, Focus Punch is pretty awesome.

Lacks a solid normal/flying resist. Sure gross and maggy resist it. But since gross has no way of recovering hp, and maggy has subpar defences, you can't really rely on them to wall normal/flying hits.

even though you have hp grass maggy, Ice Beam Swampert likes most of this team and is a real threat to suicune after some curses, as you have to roar while it quakes, and you can't do that forever

I find about 210 or so for s.def in stat is good.

You have Magneton anyway so keep Pump mence. I used one before with conjunction with a Magneton and the team went fine. Got bored of it and stopped using it though...
