Quite Impressive,Quiet natured Kyogre

Recently got a Quiet natured Kyogre that is Quite Impressive from my Emerald game.

These are it's IV's:

HP: 28
Attack: 29
Defense: 28
Speed: 21
Sp.Attack: 24
Sp.Defense: 14


Should I keep it,or keep going for a Modest or Bold Kyogre?

Yes, Modest increces its SAtk and doesn't lower its Spd which it needs.

EDIT :Bold isn't needed since you will no be seeing Groudon In-Game anytime soon .

I think you need Timid and just have a Calm Mind because if you don't tons of slower potential counters will shut you down.

The one situation where slowness helps is when you start with Kyogre and the opponent starts with Groudon. Being slower, Kyogre’s Drizzle goes over Drought.

But wow, those are awesome IVs. I say keep it. All the other ubers outspeed it anyways.
Unless, you think you can find a Modest one with a higher Sp. Atk IV.
