Why almost everyone says Quilfish instead of Qwilfish, it's real name is Qwilfish.
Do people try to make some kind of name-change or whatever?

I saw this in many many threads, saying Quilfish instead of Qwilfish.

Why Largo, because it means slow in another language(thinking Italian)? But I never did understand the cargo part either...

Largo means slow, I didn't knew. But that's pretty cool.

Still no-one can answer. I hope someone who says QUilfish knows it, why he says that.

Beingin Band helps, you learn plenty of tempo terms in different languages. Besides there is a musical piece named Largo.

Magcargo has the Cargo part because there is a food in France called Escargo
which is cooked(?) snails.Magcargo has a G because the word Magma is broken down in it's name.

Qwilfish is not Quilfish because NoA wanted it to have an origal spelling, probably.

It's very simple actually. It is often said that in English the letter q must always be followed by the letter u. While this is true in the vast majority of cases, there are some exceptions. The majority of these are naturalised from Arabic, Chinese, Hebrew or other languages which do not use the English alphabet, with q representing a sound not found in English. Now, because Qwilfish is in english, most people spell it "Quilfish" because of the english alphabet.

The word "escargot" in French is like the English word "chicken": it is both the name of the animal and the name of the food.

I just needed to say that.

*nods*
Escargot is snails in France. Magcargo is a flaming snail. Hence, Magma and Escargot!
