Take Extremespeed off Togekiss and Lucario if you're going to have Modest natures on them. A lot of people suggest Scheme for Togekiss (I think its an Egg Move). For Lucario I'd suggest either Dragon Pulse or Dark Pulse.

Crobat's typing cannot sustain it being a Hazer really. Some options to give it over Haze (and possibly Reminiscent Headbutt) are Cross Poison, Confuse Ray, Brave Bird/Aerial Ace/Fly, Toxic, Mean Look.

Might want to think about taking out one of your Normals for Gengar because you'll have problems with Fighting types (and/or their attacks). Give Gengar - Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Psychic, and your choice of Dark Pulse, Energy Ball, Will-o-Wisp, Thunderbolt, Giga Drain. Can't help with EV's/natures/etc since I suck at those.

If you have time, breed them all. As far as I know, wifi will work like netbattle (without the ability of maximun IV's) and once someone battles you, they will be always able to defeat you.

Are you kiddin with the extremespeed thing? Only pysical attackers are allowed to have extremespeed/quick attack. And no mixed sweepers, you would be just wasting a slot.
