the clock on my Sapphire version is going 20 minutes slow and i was just wondering if you can change it and, if you can, how do you do it?

Can't change the clock. Think of it as Michael Jacksons face; changing only happens when you start over again. (that was a bit lame, but meh!)

Yea, and to this day I still wish there was a day/night cycle in the game.

The clock has become a minor thing in R/S/E. Back in the G/S/C days, there were pokemon that you could only get at night or day. And there are days of the week to in G/S/C.

Anyways, you can't change the time anymore.
