Salamence: 212 HP / 144 Atk / 152 Spd
Ludicolo: Not sure
Weezing: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SDef
Forretress: Not sure
Alakazam: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk

Ludi isn't a good all purpose special wall. Use bliss / lax. Or. Something that can take special hits with it. Also. You have no fly / rock resist. Lots of pkmn do that.

I forgot to mention I only have Sapphire and Colosseum. So no Rock Slide or Substitute, or Bliss/Lax. Can you reccommend a rock and flying resistance and a special wall please?

Special hits. Well. I guess you'll have to split between Ludi and something else. Maybe get in light screen on Forry.

Rock / fly resist. Well. There are a few. Regirock / gross. Are two.

It's also easy to get a good Regice ingame, save for the nature. The property of being legendary means it has no egg moves, which means you won't have to endlessly breed (not saying that even can breed). A good Regice moveset would be this:

No idea about the nature, but I got Sassy on my ingame one, which isn't too bad (Calm beats it any day though)

Thunder Wave/Psych Up/Sleep Talk/Counter/Amnesia (this would be better since it's the only one you can actually get on the games you have)
