All I want to know is if Raichu needs to have Thunder Wave in its moveset if its already got Static and the chance of Paralysis from Thunderbolt? So far my moveset is:
Raichu@Leftovers
~Thunderbolt
~Substitute
~Focus Punch
~Thunder Wave/???

i would say no and put bodyslam in instead of thunder wave because then you have a chance of giving him paralysis with that

But why do I need even more 'chance of Paralysis' when you already have 30% from Static (?) and 10% from T-bolt?

EDIT: So I should keep T Wave?

Body slam is good but since it has Static give it counter as a pokemon will
get praz on contact plus you do damage at the same time.

Thunder Wave > Body slam.

100% > 30% + 10% + #0%

Also with the Sub Punch set, it is nice to have the Parahax support.
