how do you catch it it keeps breking out i sleep powder it and i put to half health and i use ultra balls this is how much balls i used 99!

If you tried to capture at only 1/2 health, it's no wonder you can't catch it. Try to whittle it down to red HP, then put it to sleep, then catch it. I must warn you, it's still not easy then.

Take it down as much as you can and put it to sleep. Have many different kinds of strong Pokeballs like Ultraballs and after some practice or if you get lucky you *might* get it.

or you could do it the easy way and KO it untill you get to the deep collo and use the master ball cheat on it

Really, there's not much more that you can do than cut down its HP, add a status effect and keep throwing balls until you catch it. You will eventually catch it, just keep trying. I don't see why you need someone to tell you how to catch it when there's really not much you can do.

Get raikou's HP into the red and then try to catch it

i am a he and i caught it it took me 53 ultra balls now i purified it and need to know a good moveset

Go to Rate My Team (Ingame). You'll probably want Raikou to be a speeper, so Thunderbolt is a must, and maybe a Special Hidden Power. Move choices are limitted in Colosseum though.
