Changes in bold. Also CloudVII, Swift Swim is a good ability to Ludicolo, but Rain Dish too. Depends of the role you want him to play :p

well i cant do anything about the shiny's natures, but what about a good moveset for the adament swampert? I thought atk be its best bet to focus on since it has better stats in that department. The same thing for ludicolo?

You could consider attaching a Choice Scarf onto your Sharpedo to make it a revenge killer. It really helps her Speed.


This team, although is a rain theme, does have too many Water Pokemon. Just because it's a rain team doesn't mean that you have to be mono-typed either. Steel, Grass, and Ice Pokemon do fine in the rain as it helps their Fire weaknesses. Also Pokemon with Dry Skin (Toxicroak) benefit too. Electrode makes a good Rain Dance lead. She's super fast.


Electrode (Hasty Nature) @Wet Rock
-Rain Dance
-Thunder
-Explosion
-Thunder Wave/Toxic

Rain Dance first. Then depending on what the situation is, attack hard with Thunder, cripple the foe with paralysis or poison, or explode. A good Pokemon to follow Electrode here is one with Swift Swim, and it looks like Qwilfish is your only Swift Swimmer here. Floatzel and Kabutops make great choices too.

A good Pokemon to have for Rain Dance is Kingdra, if this is for Platinum. Benching him would be very helpful:

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Adamant
~ Dragon Dance
~ Outrage
~ Waterfall
~ Draco Meteor / Hydro Pump

A DD set. Outrage and Waterfall are your main attacking options, while Draco Meteor / Hydro Pump will break through Physical Walls that would stop your sweep.

SapphireL good idea. I can't believe i forgot about the other pokes who could help me on this team.

and Chaotic Tryant I plan on trading all of the pokemon to Platinum once i get the national dex, so Kingdra would be perfect in the future!

Pokemon is fun!
252 Atk / 216 Spe / 40 SpA or HP on Chaotic Tyrant's Kingdra. This gives Kingdra the ability to outspeed everything after One DD in the Rain.
