Since rain teams seem to be used a lot, I though

Perish Song is meh. Most opponents will simply switch out of it. Toxic is a much better option imo.

Swift Swim + Drizzle is indeed banned, you have to get more creative with this. Also, 5-man team? This is Rate My Team, not Rate A Couple Of Pokemon I Think Would Have Positive Synergy.
