Rainbow Swirl Alcremie

Hey, I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find it on the new evolution methods page.

I think I've figured out how to evolve into Rainbow Swirl Alcremie. It seems to be connected to the time of day, as I have been able to get the Rainbow Swirl forme when spinning a long time in either direction (around 20-30s but I'm not sure about the length) between 19 and 20 in the evening. I haven't checked if it's also possible to evolve it between 7 and 8 in the morning.

So far I tried evolving it a couple of times every hour between 20-24, 8-13, and 16-18 but was unsuccessful in getting the Rainbow Swirl. However the first two times I tried spinning for around 30s after 19 o'clock I got the Rainbow forme.

Unfortunately I can't test this theory anymore right now as I am out of evolution items, and haven't been lucky in the Cafés yet.

PS: I evolved my Milcery in the Wild Area. Not sure if this is important.
