Raising a Muk!

I would like some help raising my green glob of goo.

I took a look at the potw section on Muk, and it said a subpuncher, so I'm thinking moves like: Substitute, Focus Punch, Sludge Bomb, Fire Blast, Toxic, Thunder, Giga Drain, etc. Should I make him a wall cause he has a good defense IV? Any moveset would be appreciated.

His IV's are:
HP: 22 (20-24)
Attack: 15 (14-17)
Defense: 30 (30-31)
Sp. Attack: 25 (24-27)
Sp. Defense: 18 (17-20)
Speed: 28 (27-30)

That one sounds good, except maybe Focus Punch instead of Shadow Punch....

Focus Punch won't help you in-game without a Substitute.

Then maybe cut out Fire Blast or Explosion, preferably the latter. I'm not much of a suicide fan.

Probably becuase he heard that muk makes a good focus puncher in pokemon of the week...

You could try CB muk;
@choice band
Shadow punch/Brick break/focus punch if you really want/dynamic punch?
Sludge bomb
Explosion/return/body slam
Fire Blast/Thunder for good coverage

Yeah. Can be pretty good if you use it right, and the CB gives it the boost that the nature doesnt.

I don't need FP, I suggested it because yeah it was in potw and I can't get Shadow Punch, pity too cause it's good against the psychics that kill poison. BB will work fine.

So how about:

Brick Break

Body Slam (Chance of Paralysis)
Fire Blast

Looks okay to me. For this should I EV train in Attack or anything else?

I would go with max attack, 56 special attack, and the rest in either defence or hp
