Swampert lv.100 moves: muddy water, hydro pump, mud shot, waterfall
Groundon lv.100 moves: solar beam, earthquake, fire blast, ???

Well, you made a lot of mistakes that most newbs make.
The things that you shouldn't do include:

*Don't use two attacking moves of the same type (look at your Swampert)
*Don't put special attacks on Hitmonchan. Have you ever noticed how low its special attack stat is?
*Don't put Solarbeam on Groudon. Solarbeam is useless. Groudon does more damage against Waters with Earthquake than it does with Solarbeam.
*Don't use HM moves except for Surf.

Whoops, I meant to say Rest. Without it, you can't recover from the damage you take while cursing (as well as status effects).
