Ranger vs Mystery Dungeon

Gold/Silver18

Fan since Gen 1!
If I could only get 1 game, which one should I choose?

Keep in mind that I like games that take a long time to beat.

Which game is longer? Which one is the best overall?

Should I eventually get both?

first, get ranger. though people say it is short, some of the missions take a while to compleat, and the final story capture is the hardest(entei,2nd time)

PMD, on the other hand, has several things to do AFTER the story, which is short.

you should eventualy get both, though.

I don't know much about Ranger except it's longer than PMD. But I personally like PMD a lot. :D

ranger isn't longer then PMD at all... it's very short. PMD id more challenging and the main story isn't the longest ever it's not short and after it, you still have tons of things to do. Like catch all the pokemon and up your rank. If your looking for gameplay time get PMD, I've beaten ranger and filled up my browser and there's just nothing to do...

Oh. Well I agree with you. PMD has a great storyline and they try to make it a bit realistic by doing a personality quiz so that the Pokemon you start with would match you(but of course some people want to get a specific Pokemon).
