I have a roserade shiny/timid with grasswhistle/toxic spikes/giga drain/something else I forget. I caught it in Platinum at the beginning and got lucky with the nature, so obviously doesn't know any egg moves or bred for a specific hidden power. Also has the EVs you mention.
