Any suggestions for anything feel free to post. I mainly need help with items and EV.

Hmm, maybe you'd want to unbase it...

Seriously though, there are a lot of strong non-uber Pokemon in the game: Salamence, same type as Rayquaza and all; Gruodon can be replaced with Flygon or even Claydol, Kyogre can be subbed for Walrein, etc, etc.

I sincerely congratulate you on acquiring so many of them, but there are other pokemon out there. i'm not being totally anti-uber here, it is your choice. I'm just letting you know that
1- a strong grass, water or ice type will totally own Groudon,
2- a powerful Electric type will take out Kyogre, Lugia and EVEN Rayquaza (yeah, he is part Flying). And if it doesn't,
3- a rock type move like Rock Slide will demolish him and Ho-oh in a flash (especially Ho-oh.)

i have no idea why people are *****ing about this being unable to hit gengar, because HOW MANY GENGARS DO YOU ACTUALLY SEE IN-GAME, not to mention that this is the standard set for snorlax competitivly

Snorlax: Blissey
Lugia: Xatu
Ho-oh: Moltres (No, it is not uber)
Rayquaza: Salamence, Altaria, Dragonite, Flygon
Groudon: Dugtrio, Flygon, Vileplume, Swampert
