Truth be told, never have I seen a teddiursa at any point in my entire tenure on these here forums, not even back when you'd joined after I had on my old account. 2/10 out of baseless generosity.

For a guy nearly as old as my first account was, I've never even seen nor remember a glimpse of him, perhaps because of his rather low postcount.
