Roserade is much better as a sweeper. Go with:

-Sludge Bomb
-Shadow Ball
-Leaf Storm

I had an ingame roserade and its moveset consisted of:

sludge bomb
petal dance
toxic
leech seed

i found this moveset to work wonders for me. however i am now going to ev train another one. iv noticed that shadow ball comes up alot in the movesets so my new moveset i plan to include:

sludge bomb
shadow ball

those 2 moves are definate but im confused as to what the final slots should include?

energy ball/petal dance ??? i figure i should contain a grass move
leech seed/ synthesis/ ??? should i bother with a healing move?
toxic/ toxic spikes ??? or poisoning the oppposition?

also can someone explain to me how weather ball works? e.g if i use rain dance then it will become a water attack? but is it still only at 50 power? wud rain dance be a good idea as with that combo i can fend off fire types? help!!

right now im leaning towards leech seed and energy ball are they good ideas??
should i forget about trying to poison the foe with toxic and just focus on sweeping with my special attacks whilst keeping my hp up with leech seed and not having to take a turn out to use synthesis??

Roserade as a sweeper is better, but if you like an annoyer try:

Roserade @ Leftovers (or Meadow Plate because I don't see that many Leftovers ingame)
Leech Seed
Toxic Spikes/Toxic/Stun Spore/Grasswhistle (to inflict status conditions)
Energy Ball/Leaf Storm
Aromatherapy

Try a nature to boost Sp. Def or Speed
