Rate me Solrock and Banette!

I didn`t know I made a lot of threads in the RMT when I looked at what threads I made . Anywayz, I have this Solrock, I need some moves since I can`t decide which, I`m making tankish solrock and Special and Physical Banette but are still teeny Shuppets.

Solrock-Leftovers/Chesto Berry lvl 31
-Cosmic Power/Light Screen
-Rock Throw(Im gonna make this Shadow Ball)
-Rock Slide/Tomb
-Rest/???
And I was checking Solrock on Google and I came across "Pokemon Ruby of the Day:Solrock" then somewhere, it said that Light Screen raises sp.defense 2 levels while Cosmic power raises both Defenses by 1 level, which one to choose?(I didn`t know Light Screen raises sp.defense by 2 levels, I thought it was either 1 level or 1.5x if split in half)

Choice Band Solrock works pretty well actually.

EV spread: 252 Atk / 180 Spd / 76 HP

Knock Off is more useful in the BF since you can really screw up something without Leftovers. HP [Fighting] works much better with Shadow Ball then Return if you manage to get a good base power. Shadow Ball gets STAB, and Will-o-wisp is useful in general.

Oh, don't listen to those guides. They're crap and outdated (haven't even been updated since FR/LG came out).


CB Solrock is really the only set you should use for that guy.

Aw, I started training my Solrock in Special defense T_T, oh, and I need a moveset for my Chinchou I`m gonna use for parafusion, its modest nature and is wonderfully outstanding in ability, Heres it`s moveset so far:

-SuperSonic
-Surf
Im gonna replace super sonic for confuse when it levels up

Ice Beam could be a replacement for Surf. Go with Calm.

Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

No, Lanturn isn’t meant to take physical hits. It’s Sp. Defense isn’t very good either, so use Calm.

CB Solrock is really the only set you should use for that guy.
