On Celebi, I'd go Psychic over HP Fire for Base power of 140, it shouldn't be staying in on Gross and Cacturne / Shiftry are not OU, and with Zapdos on your team CMCelebi has no business beating Skarmory.

Snorlax should have ~200 Def and ~300 Attack.

When you have Curselax, cursepert isn't all that useful imo.

When you have spikes I don't see why there isn't roar on cune, unless you're really scared of Vaporeon.
