A short summary of the problems with this team:

Since this is the Frontier, and it has that moronic Item Clause, put a Shell Bell in here somewhere. Leftovers >>>>>> Shell Bell, but meh.

STABless Heracross. You, sir, are wasting one of the highest Attacks and excellent STAB for Rock Slide. Brick Break plz.

Outrage Charizard. One Physical Move to go with its DD. EQ>Outrage.

Dragonbreath. That's wrong no matter what Pokémon you have it on. Flail and Endure on Kingdra.

Nidoking without Megahorn. Body Slam on Nidoking is useless as it doesn't get STAB or SEs.

Toxic Zapdos is so wrong it deserves a separate post explaining how incorrect that is. Rest and Sleep Talk > Toxic and Protect. I doubt you have HP Ice or Grass for it, so I suppose Drill Peck is about the only option. It'll get rid of Bug, Grass, and Fighting Types, at any rate, and Ground Types won't totally lol at you.

Enormous BoltBeam weakness here. Bolt > Charizard(who should never be on a serious team in the first place), and Beam > Nidoking, Zapdos, and Sceptile. Heracross and Kingdra don't have a direct BoltBeam weakness, but neither of them, especially Heracross, is going to last long against a good BoltBeamer.

Too much Sweeping, not enough Walling. Put Suicune/Claydol/Blissey or some other good Wall somewhere on this team, probably > Charizard.

If you're going to have Leftovers on anything, it should be Kingdra, because it's the only one who's going to take a good hard blow and live. Some Pinch Berry for Zapdos, maybe Petaya. Leftovers is Standard on it, but meh.

EDIT: Just looked at the EVs:

252 Attack on Zapdos accomplishes nothing, especially if you only have one Physical move. The STAB should support you fine, you don't need Attack EVs for it.

4 EVs = 1 Stat Point. Never use 253, 254, or 255 EVs, because you'll only be wasting potential EVs. The Stat is maxed out at 252, giving it 252+ won't do anything.

A pretty good team. I don't see the point of Dragonbreath on Kingdra when you already have Ice beam. The only Pokemon that Dragon breath is useful for is other Kingdras and they are not very common (well, it is random but i rarely see them.) Even with STAB Ice beam>dragonbreath. You could have Rest instead of Dragonbreath and give Kingdra Chesto berries.
For Charizard, Earthquake>Rock Slide because you want Earthqukae to have any chance against Rock Types. Rock Slide will be good against Rock-types like Armaldo and Shuckle and Aerodactyl but Earthquake is better for Rocks overall and is stonger and more Accurate (and you can use it in double battles with Zapdos and Heracross.)

If you are going to endure reversal i'd use hasty nature, with -def +speed makes sure you go down to 1 hp it needs the speed.
