Slaking
Choice Band
Adamant, 252 ATK, 252 SPD
31IV atk, spd, hp, 30 DEF
-Focus Punch
-Return
-Earthquake
-Shadow Ball

Strategy:
Sleep the lead opposition pokemon with Milotic (recovering off damage if necessary). Switch in Breloom if opponent is anything other than ghost or flying, substitute and sub-spore punch away. If the pokeon is something that gives Breloom trouble (Gengar, Flier, etc), send in Slaking instead and OHKO. That is pretty much what my team does. Basically, I'm looking for help on how to improve my team, as I'm about to challenge a few leaders for Gold Symbols and I think I need help improving my team in preparation. Thanks

i don't lose
mach punch/hp ghost is better on breloom over return/facade. substitute is okay if they happen to wake up you can still focus punch, but if you do replace it don't use a normal attack it's not worth it.

Put some more EVs into Milotic’s Sp. Atk and you should be set. RestTalk is always an option and may work out better in the long run.

Awesome IVs BTW.

ReSTalking Milotic is always an option.

Bold Nature
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Recover / Rest
- Hypnosis / Sleep Talk

Personally I find the ReSTalk version better, but it's your choice. EVs are something along the lines of 252 Def / 212 HP / 44 Spec. Atk.

Breloom@Lum Berry / Shell Bell
Adamant Nature
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Sludge Bomb
- Mach Punch

If you don't want your ass handed to you on a silver platter by a Salac boosted Flailer / Reversaler, go with Mach Punch. These guys DO show up once in a while.

Slaking@Choice Band
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Earthquake
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Blast

Personally I prefer Fire Blast on Slaking. Fire Blast hits Skarmory pretty hard even with a -Spec. Atk nature.

EVs are fine for both Breloom and Slaking, and those are some awesome IVs you've got there.

Thanks to all who said I had good IV's, they took ages to hatch ^_^

EDIT:

I'm relatively new to the Battle Frontier, Frost Nova, I've no idea what comes up often so thanks for your advice

No problem. It's our pleasure to help people out here.

Aerial Ace is an option as Slaking's fourth move since the BF can get pretty haxy. You'll learn to hate hax items sooner or later.
