No, don’t give Blaziken or other Fighting types Earthquake (unless they can’t learn anything better). Fighting covers Steel and Rock just like Earthquake can, except fighting attacks will always be stronger due to STAB. So Earthquake is unnecessary. Also, no Fighting types get STAB on Earthquake since there are no Ground/Fighting Pokémon.
