Encore/Trick (with CB attached in the case of Trick) > Psychic are cool on Mr.Mime, so consider using them.

Sub on Smeargle? It has got better options imo. I like to use Belly Drum > Sub on this. (ie. if your Scizor wouldn't be able to get a few SDs off, then BD could help.)

Needs more Taunt > Toxic IMO

You haven't got any mixed sweepers to take advantage of the CMs and SDs you're passing. You should make Zapdos your receiver, with Drill Peck/T-bolt/HP Grass/Baton Pass (it can OHKO Blissey and nearly OHKO Snorlax with Drill Peck after +6 Atk passed to it!..only with the right EV spread though =/), and put something like Ninjask over Scizor and make that your lead, and your team should be fine.

Where would all these pokemon baton pass to? There's got to be the reciever somewhere.

Well, im new to BP teams, but the point is that wen the chain gets solid, any of the pokes can kill almost everything. A 6 CMed Vappy kills many things with one or two surf, except for Milotic, Suciune, Ludicolo, Celebi. Silverwind takes then out, Thunderbolt for the Bulky Waters, toxic can Help, as does Psychic. But im missing Heal Bell, sometimes people manages to break the subs and statusing things, risking the chain to get disrupted.

Seeing this, i think i need Celebi as a CM passer, but i need also Mr Mime soundproof help (sometimes its not possible to put Smeargle to Ingrain), but Calm Mind is SO needed on the team that i guess having two pokes casting it wont hurt. but if i put over Scizor, i have nowhere to put Ninjask and free Zapdos to be a full recipient. should i switch something else?

if vaporeon is the last part of your chain hp:electic and ice beam would give it bolt beam

Vaporeon isn't meant to sweep. That would limit its abton passing capabilities.
