You'll want Naughty/Lonely over Adamant on Kingdra, or you can give it Substitute over the Special attacks. Either way you'll want to change the EVs around, 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP for a Substitute set, and a lot of Speed on the mixed DDKingdra.

Looks like a Rain team.
Give Magnezone Thunder and Rain Dance somewhere, or make Swampert/Kingdra the lead if you make it a Rain team. You also want bulk.
