All I can say is get rid of all the items on the pokemon. Them items only increase the move power by 10%, so don't use them.

Espeon can learn Shadow ball and Return in Collosseum and the others I cant help. I'm going to trade onto my Emerald or LeefGreen to teach better moves.

Its not a great team but it covers a lot of types. Here is my XD team(No items yet.) and I'm thinking about replacing Ampharos with Electabuzz when I catch it. The second attack is what I hope to get eventually on this pokemon.
