hmmm you could use Haze over ST if you need a hazer? and Hypnosis over Psychic on the switch? but if you dont like missing stick wit somthing else or you could use this set....

Politoad - This set is a supprise and offers both Sp Atk and Atk.
Surf
Substitute
Focus punch
Hypnosis/ice beam

But i think your is better other than maybe adding Hpnosis somwhere.
