Razor Leaf > GD and roar over toxic, this team could do with a pseudohazer. It's not like Venusaur or raikou are that good at it, but Venusaur can do it.

skarmory is best pseudohazer in the game.

steelix, suicune, vaporeon, some more stuff.

you could use Venusaur as a pseudohazer on this team as I mentioned.
