That's not a team rate. Anyways, go with chaos for MSs. I suppose Bagon and Spheal are fine coming in, but do yourself a favor and post their sets too.

Verdict:
1. As S:C says, pls post their sets. Bagon and Vibrava on the same team? Troublesome in my opinion and too high an ice disadvantage. No problem with Spheal (pls watch your spelling)
2. Double Team is generally a bad idea... so's Gardevoir against the elite as he has no advantages and a serious disadvantage against Sidney and Phoebe. No problem using him in the frontier though.
3. I won't tell you to use legendaries, you most probably can't get any yet and there are equally good pokemon out there to use.
4. All in all, a good team! A dark type will help and adequate training will too. Dark types you can use are Mightyena or Absol. if you try them, post their movesets when you do and we'll review them.
