No! don't use Alakazam physically, he's a special sweeper.
Only use trick if you plan to use this competitively, the idea is to trick choice specs to a physical sweeper, making it a useless item to them or if the opportunity's just right attack them with choice specs, other wise if you're just going to use this in-game go with a set up move like calm mind or encore, with encore just use it on a non damaging move, and it will give you a couple free turns.
