Altaria@ Lefties
nature Serious Gentle
sky attack
Dragon Breath
Dragon Dance
Flamethrower
Dragon dance is a waste of a move since the only move benefitting from it will be Sky Attack. Even that is a move you want to avoid using since the one turn you spend preparing could leave you open to a ton of things.
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Haze/Perish Song
Rest
I highly recommend Haze since Altaria isn't able to use Perish Song effectively from my experience.
Sceptile@ Lefties
Nature Sassy Timid
Bullet Seed
Solarbeam
Cut
Leaf Blade
This set needs so much work. Heck, even Strength dances all over cut. Just use an HM slave instead of using a team member.
Leaf Blade
Thunderpunch
Substitute
Focus Punch
SubPunch will still have enough power to run through a few opponents despite the negating nature.
Charizard @ The herb thingy You mean the White Herb? Don't use the mental herb on this guy.
Nature Calm Adamant
Belly Drum
Flamethrower
Aerial Ace
Over Heat
Why people want to use Charizard, I do not know. But based on what you have here, this is the idea below: (Hey, that rhymed)
Belly Drum/Swords Dance
HP Flying
Earthquake
Overheat
Overheat still works just fine despite the Adamant nature. You've even got the White Herb to back you up.
Smeargle @ Lefties
Nature Adament
Leaf Blade
Silver Wind
Extrasensory
Water Pulse
Smeargle isn't worth it unless you're about to Pass something with it. Ditch this guy. He doesn't have the stats to pull off anything even with a Choice Band.
Espeon@ Lefties
Nature Naive Modest
Psychic
Morning Sun
Return
Psybeam
Read the rules for building a team before you post here. Having damaging moves of the sam type on a set is stupid in most cases unless there's strategy involved, which isn't true in this case. Since this is an InGame Espeon, here's the set.
Psychic
Calm Mind
HP Fire
Bite
It takes out everything short of a Dark-type.
Magmar@ Lefties
Nature Brave Timid
Flamethrower
thunder Punch
Confuse Ray
Smokescreen
This set is one of the better ones you've provided so far. Still, you need work.
Flamethrower
Thunderpunch
Substitute
Focus Punch
SubPunch any lumbering Rock-types that might come in. That's pretty much the only change.
EDIT2: Or Instead of magmar:
Yes, use Blaziken. You lack the physical power Blaziken provides.
Blaziken @ Lefties
Nature Careful Jolly
earthquake
Flamethrower
Blaze Kick
Sky Uppercut
Remember the first rule of constructing a team. Never, ever have two damaging moves of the same type on a set unless there's strategy involved.
Swords Dance
Rock Slide
Sky Uppercut
Flamethrower
Flamethrower still has enough power to take out a plethora of Pokemon even with the Jolly nature, thanks to the nice SAtk. base rating on Blaziken.
Constructive Critasism please
That's what the point of this forum is for.
EDIT: All have had pokerus
It doesn't matter unless you post your EVs.

This isn't a chat room, you know. This is an internet forum.
