Bare in mind that I don't know much about the new moves or items.

The basic strategy (in double battles) is to start off with Umbreon and Dragonite; Draggy can defend Umbreon from bug/fighting types while it curses up and then baton passes to Swampert, who can use earthquake without harming Dragonite.

Espeon is there to baton pass calm mind to my special attackers (heh, special attacking Meganium)

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Id choose a Fire Pokemon instead of Umbreon Personally, Charizard or the new monkey thing or the Magmar evo would be my choice but otherwise its good

Dragonite can't stop Umbreon from being attacked by bug/fighting moves, the only way to do that is to use a Pokémon that knows the move Follow Me - Togekiss could do that.

Umbreon really doesn't need a body guard. XD

Dragon claw
Thunder punch
Earthquake/Aerial ace

Thunderpunch for water type ice beamers and Skarmory. EQ for steel types so you can cover the only thing that resists Dragon claw.

Snow slide will do great since you'll have low speed.

Good. Maybe put some of the spdef EVs into sp atk. You could go with either Wish or Shadow ball, but you already have an umbreon for wishpassing.

I think she meant that Dragonite can attack the pokemon that would use those moves.

AA and EQ cover a lot of types together and a t-punch wont do that much damage on bulky waters. EVs 252attk 252 speed. If you really dont want both AA and EQ, take EQ and go with T- punch since EQ already takes care of ice. Maybe go with a Jolly dragonite.

At time my Ampharos/Meganium may be swapped for one of these:

Starmie
Timid
252 sp att; 176 def; 80 spe
Psychic/Recover
Surf
Ice beam
Thunderbolt

Charizard
Modest
252 sp att; 252 spe; 6 hp
Flamethrower
Ancient power
HP Grass
?

Suggestions?

For the Charizard, try Aerial Ace maybe? The Starmie looks very good, but keep Recover for healing itself, which will be useful in competitive play.

Use Air Slash on Charizard, it's special.

Yeah go with Air Slash, I would prefer a physical Charizard but whatever, these are your pokemon!

ampharos could very well be swapped for starmie plus a second water seems far more useful. You already have the t-bolt, but maybe you could also try rapid spin since the spikes will most likely get more frequent with D/P.

meganium for charizard is somewhat troublesome. I would stick with meganium certainly because its so freaking irritating...

I'm probably going to use my Togekiss (who's obviously still a Togetic right now) at some point.

Is this any good?

Togekiss
Modest nature
252 sp att; 252 spe; 6 hp (will probably change)
Tri attack
Flamethrower
Ancient power
Water pulse

Togekiss has so many nice moves, I've rather spoiled for choice. ^^;
