First of all wrong section and team looks decent but how do you expect to get Ice Punch before the E4

This should've actually gone in In-Game Team Rate, but that's alright. As far as I can see, it's alright for in-game, I suppose, but it's lacking in quite a few areas. Also, try and read the stickies on how to post teams when you do so.
