If I'm honest your team is pretty bad. Electric types walk all over you. Personally i'd keep Espy and Dodrio because they're good. Get a decent water type like Suicune. Then just round out the team with different types. I'd say Ampharos just because i like it. Meganium is good if you chose it. Then use a decent physical sweeper AKA- Machamp. So:

Your team will get crucified against a strong electric type, your Gyarados is the only one you have to counter him, yet he's x4 weak to Electric himself, with slower speed then a Jolteon, lets say.

Arcanine is a good pokemon, Its one step from Legendary in my eyes.
