its not hard to breed.

substitute-move tutor in fusicha city.
choice band-emerald/ruby/saphire.
curse on snorlax-breed with slowpoke.
swords dance-move tutor on 7 island.
encore-breeding.
salac berry-colleseum/xd or something.

yeah, breeding isnt hard. you want the best natures possible if you want a good team.

Snorlax: You could have putten Sleep Talk or Snore so It can attack even though it's sleeping.

Quick Claw is good too since when Snorlax's Hp is low it can have a
high chance of being able to use Rest first.

^After a few Curses, Snorlax can easily survive through the two turns its asleep. Snore is a weak move. Sleep Talk is always the better option. Also, Quick Claw can work anytime. It doesn't have to work when Snorlax's HP is low. Thus, Leftovers is the best item for Snorlax.

Only works on pikachu, subpunching raichu is better anyway

You do know what secret power does dont you? Random type and random power (somewhere between 39 and 70) based on your pokemons IV's Its not very useful ingame as you would have to breed for ages to get the right IVs

^Thats Hidden Power. Secret Power is Normal type attack with 70 base power. Its effects (poison, paralysis, sleep, reducing certain stats, etc) vary depending on the location (grass, water, caves, etc.).
